Phil Kullmann and his RAW ARTISTIC SOUL follow up their highly praised album “What About Love” with this same named EP. After the “One Cultural Groove EP” which was nominated as “single of the year” by SpiritofHouse in 2004 and the “Kana EP” played by ones like Louie Vega and Roger Sanchez, here’s the band’s third EP including tracks “Felipes Dubstyle” and the album title track “What About Love” remixed by acclaimed Africanism and Soulfuric act S.U.M.O. Be prepared for another recorded filled with magical grooves and uplifting music. “What About Love” is a simply infectious house tune topped by english vocals of cuban singer Mirta Junco Wambrug. Felipes Dubstyle, which’s album version already is played by tastemakers around the globe now’s here in its extended version. It turns up the pressure with kicking beat, rhodes and brass stabs.

Phil Kullmann is a versatile producer, remixer and live artist. Having travelled extensively and influenced by so many various music styles of the world, he developed an inventive production style and tasteful feel for many varied musical forms, from Latin, House, Disco, Afro Beat, Funk, Dub, Reggae and Jazz all of which are prominent in his music. His RAW ARTISTIC SOUL are a 14 strong international collective of singers and quality musicians culled together from all different cultures, sharing a combined focus of producing impeccable music inspired from around the world.

“What About Love” received a rework by S.U.M.O., Sweden’s hardest working producer duo on the club scene. In just four years they have become well known and respected for their productions and remixes (or rebounces as they prefer to call them themselves). The mixes of the award winning S.U.M.O. are truly dancefloor explosions. Irrestistable grooves meet tough synths and create a unique feel. "What about love" features Mirta Junco Wambrug on vocals and is included here in an infectious, funktified extended version. S.U.M.O are responsible for the remixes, creating an irresistible groove featuring afro-styled beats and drums, guitar and slammin' keys on their rebounce, while the dub gets electronic with tough keys. The "Main mix" is an uplifting track with a fantastic groove and a great vocal performance by singer Mirta Junco Wambrug. The S.U.M.O. remixes are truly dancefloor explosions, where irresistible grooves meets tough synths.
